1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns and exchanges for wooden handicraft products under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must not have been damaged during use or altered in any way.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Custom-made or personalized items (unless damaged or defective).
  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
  • Sale or clearance items.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your wooden handicraft product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will offer a full refund or exchange for the damaged item. To help us process your request quickly, please provide:

  • Photos of the damaged or defective item.
  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at Naginaindiacraft@gmail.com to inform us of your intent to return or exchange the item.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring no damage occurs during transit.
  3. We will send you a return shipping label (if applicable).
  4. Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.

5. Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise specified.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for a different product, please contact our support team. The new item will be shipped after we receive the original product in returnable condition.

7. Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, the order will be processed and shipped, and our return policy will apply.

8. International Orders

For international customers, please be aware that customs fees or taxes may apply. The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes related to the return or exchange.
